Shipping policy
e-Regency AI Gadget Shop ships throughout the United States and to select international destinations. We work with multiple fulfillment partners, so delivery options can vary by product and destination.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking information is provided when an order is dispatched.
United States shipping
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after processing. Free on orders of $70 or more; $8 on orders under $70.
- Express shipping: 1–2 business days after processing for $15.
Available rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and take precedence if a product or destination requires a different option.
International shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Where available, standard international shipping is $12.99 and express international shipping is $24.99. Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, and customs processing. Available options are shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping rates.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when an order ships. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier's initial scan.
Shipping delays
Carrier capacity, weather, customs, or other events outside our control may affect delivery dates. We will provide available tracking information and help investigate material delays.
Lost or damaged shipments
If an order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us through the store's Contact page within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include the order number and photos when applicable.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
