Your satisfaction is our priority.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Significantly different from the product description
- Not functioning as described

To initiate a return, email us at advisor@e-regency.com with your order 
number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will 
respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition 
(except in cases of defect). Return shipping costs are the responsibility 
of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the 
approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed 
within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow 
additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly send a 
replacement at no additional cost. Contact us at advisor@e-regency.com 
to arrange an exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned after the 30-day window
